Cancelation Policy

Our Cancelation Policy:
Your non-redeemable/non-transferable deposit/tuition reserves your seat for a specific class/offering.  Should you no longer be able to attend the class for which you have enrolled and a seat had been confirmed for you, your deposit/tuition is forfeited.  We will try our best to fill your seat should we received appropriate notice of cancelation with someone from our cancelation list, however; the responsibility of filling your seat falls ultimately on the reserving party.  Should a replacement be found for your seat, we will consider transferring your deposit to another class offered by the same practitioner and withhold a $10 administration fee. Classes where specific materials are not transferable such as certificates may incur an additional administration cost.
Appropriate notice for cancelations is 48 hours by phone at 506-878-2562 or by emailing us directly at anik@fullcirclewellnesscentre.ca.
We reserve the right to cancel any class or series due to low registration or excessive absenteeism, should this occur, students will be offered a full refund of their deposit/tuition.   Just like most educational institutions, students who are absent from the class they have registered will have forfeited their right to have the non-refundable/non-transferable deposit/tuition returned to them and are not entitled to a cash reimbursement.
